Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of airlinestickethub.com and any booking information, enquiry assistance, or related services made available through the website. By using the website or requesting assistance, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or proceed with a booking through the service.

2

Nature of the Service

Airlines Ticket Hub provides travel booking information and assistance for international journeys departing from the United States. Depending on the booking, travel services may ultimately be supplied or operated by an airline or another travel provider.

Airlines Ticket Hub does not operate aircraft and does not control airline schedules, cancellations, delays, seat assignments, baggage handling, airport operations, or immigration decisions.

3

Quotes, Fares, and Availability

Any fare, itinerary, schedule, or availability information provided before ticketing is subject to change. Airline inventory can change at any time, including while a traveler is considering an itinerary.

A quote, enquiry response, or proposed itinerary is not a confirmed reservation unless the booking has been completed and the traveler has received confirmation or ticketing information.

Taxes, airline charges, service fees, fare differences, baggage charges, seat-selection charges, or other applicable costs may form part of the final price. The traveler should review the total amount and applicable conditions before authorizing payment.

4

Service Fees and Transparency

If a service fee applies to a transaction, it should be disclosed before the traveler authorizes the relevant transaction. Airline-imposed charges and fare differences are separate from any service fee charged by Airlines Ticket Hub.

Fees may vary depending on the nature of the service requested, the airline, ticket conditions, and the work required to process the request. No fee should be treated as refundable unless the applicable terms expressly provide otherwise.

5

Traveler Responsibilities

The traveler is responsible for reviewing and confirming:

  • Passenger names and spelling exact match to government-issued travel IDs.
  • Departure and arrival airports and terminal arrangements.
  • Travel dates, flight times, and connection windows.
  • Destination and transit connection points.
  • Baggage allowances, weight limits, and fee conditions.
  • Cabin, booking class, and fare rules.
  • Change, cancellation, and refund conditions.
  • Passport validity, visa, transit visa, entry, and other travel-document requirements.
  • Any health, vaccination, entry, or destination requirements that apply to the journey.
6

Passenger Names

Passenger names should be provided exactly as required by the relevant airline and travel documents (such as passports or government-issued photo IDs).

Name-correction options differ by airline and fare. Some corrections (such as minor typographical errors) may be permitted, while passenger substitutions or complete name transfers to another person are generally not allowed by airlines.

Any fare difference, airline charge, or service fee associated with an eligible name correction may be the traveler's responsibility.

7

Changes and Rebooking

Whether a ticket can be changed depends on the airline, fare rules, ticket status, seat availability, route, and timing of the request.

A change may result in an airline penalty, fare difference, tax difference, service fee, or a combination of those amounts. If the requested alternative flight or cabin is unavailable, a change may not be possible.

8

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the airline, fare rules, ticket conditions, applicable law, and the circumstances of the cancellation. Some fares may be refundable, partially refundable, eligible for a travel credit/voucher, or completely nonrefundable.

Airlines Ticket Hub does not guarantee that every canceled ticket will receive a full refund.

Where a refund is approved by the airline or other supplier, processing time may depend on the supplier, payment method, financial institution, and any additional review required.

9

Airline Schedule Changes, Delays, and Cancellations

Airlines may change schedules, equipment, routes, airports, or flight numbers, or may delay or cancel flights due to operational, weather, or air-traffic factors. Airlines Ticket Hub does not control those operational decisions.

When an airline changes an itinerary, available rebooking, refund, or credit options are generally determined by the operating airline's policy, fare rules, applicable DOT regulations, and the circumstances of the disruption.

10

Baggage

Baggage allowances and charges vary by airline, fare, route, cabin, frequent-flyer status, operating carrier, and other conditions. Travelers should confirm baggage rules for their exact itinerary before travel.

For itineraries involving more than one carrier or codeshare flights, baggage rules, allowances, and transfer procedures may differ between segments.

11

Seat Selection and Special Requests

Seat assignments, special meals, accessibility requests, infant arrangements, special baggage (such as sports gear or instruments), and similar requests are subject to airline availability, policies, and applicable charges.

A request does not guarantee that the airline will provide the requested service or seat assignment.

12

International Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all documents required for their journey. A valid ticket does not guarantee admission to a destination or permission to transit through another country.

Airlines Ticket Hub is not responsible for a traveler's failure to meet passport, visa, transit, immigration, customs, health, vaccination, or other governmental requirements.

13

Website Information

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but airline schedules, baggage rules, entry requirements, fares, and other travel information can change without notice.

Travelers should confirm time-sensitive information with the relevant airline, airport, government authority, or other official source before departure.

14

Third-Party Services and Websites

The website may refer to airlines, airports, government authorities, payment providers, or other third parties. Airlines Ticket Hub does not control third-party websites, systems, policies, or services and is not responsible for their independent content or practices.

15

  • Provide false, fictitious, or misleading passenger or payment information.

  • Interfere with website security, accessibility, or proper operation.
  • Use automated scrapers, crawlers, or tools in a manner that disrupts the service.
  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
16

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Airlines Ticket Hub is not responsible for losses caused solely by matters outside its reasonable control, including airline operational decisions, airport disruption, government action, weather, air-traffic restrictions, strikes, security events, border decisions, or third-party system failures.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

17

Intellectual Property

Original text, layout, and website materials created for Airlines Ticket Hub may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Airline trademarks, logos, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
